Herman Creek to Indian Point, OR

Bountiful wildflowers and gorgeous views abound along the way to the top of Indian Point. Take this challenging but rewarding hike in the central Columbia River Gorge to an amazing viewpoint overlooking the Columbia River.

First Meeting Place: 8:00 AM at the southeast corner of Gateway Park & Ride lot in Portland (NE 99th and NE Pacific).
Second Meeting Place: 9:00 AM at Herman Creek Campground (I-84 east to Cascade Locks Exit 44, continue east through town 2 miles and go straight to "Oxbow Fish Hatchery" road just before freeway on-ramp. Turn right at Herman Creek Campground and go to back parking lot; $5 trailhead parking fee or NW Forest Pass Required).
