Multnomah Basin Wildflowers, OR

Moderate: 5.5 miles, 2600-ft. elev. loss

Naturalist Wendell Wood of ONRC  will lead this wildflower identification hike in the proposed wilderness area. Passing through the Multnomah Basin we’ll see old-growth forest, rock slides, and streamside woodlands as we make our way down to the bottom of Multnomah Falls. A car shuttle will enable everyone to complete the hike. This is an entire-day excursion, so plan accordingly. Alternate rain date of Friday, June 2!
