Desert Trail Assn’s Ross Edginton leads hikers through the high desert landscape strewn with wildflowers, to sweeping views and historic and geologic sites along the beautiful Deschutes River.
First Meeting Place: Depart from Gateway at 8:00 AM.
Second Meeting Place: 9:45 AM at Deschutes R. State Park (I-84 to Exit 97, turn right off exit ramp, then east for 3 mi. to Park).
